Shipping Area
We ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take longer.
Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. We select the carrier based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Long items, such as 48” lumber and 96” veneer sheets, may ship by UPS or FedEx Ground.
Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD within the United States
• Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and carrier link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us right away – we can update the address before the order ships.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Packages
• Damaged on arrival: keep the packaging and email photos to info@housewrightshop.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your local carrier office, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier claim.
• Delayed: if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Local Pickup
Our storefront is at 890 S Fort Valley Rd, Fort Valley, VA 22652. Contact us before visiting to confirm your items are ready for collection.
