Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–6 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 6–8 business days in total.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx, choosing the best carrier for the size and weight of your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $50 USD ship free within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Our storefront is at 890 S Fort Valley Rd, Fort Valley, VA 22652. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm your items are ready.

What does S4S mean?
S4S means “surfaced four sides.” Both faces and both edges are planed flat and square to true dimensions, so the board is ready to cut and join.
Will my wood look exactly like the photos?
No two pieces of wood are identical. Grain, color and figure vary naturally, and species such as cherry darken with light exposure. Photos show a representative example.
What is PSA veneer?
PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) veneer is real wood veneer with adhesive already on the back. You cut it to size, peel off the liner and press it down – no contact cement needed.
Are your knife scales sold as a pair?
Yes. Each set contains two bookmatched scales, each 1-1/2” wide x 5” long x 3/8” thick.
How do I choose the right hinge overlay?
Overlay is how far the door covers the cabinet face frame. Measure that distance on your existing door, then select the matching overlay option. Contact us if you are unsure.
Do drawer slide lengths refer to the slide or the drawer?
The length listed matches your drawer box length. Measure the drawer box from front to back and choose the matching size.

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant, encrypted checkout. We never store your card details.
